We offer free shipping on all items. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee.

Shipping Policy
All of our items are handmade in California and shipped from our studio in Long Beach. Currently, we only ship within the United States and are unable to accommodate international orders at this time.

Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-5 business days for processing, as each item is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Time
Our free shipping option typically takes 3-4 business days after your order has been processed. We offer expedited shipping  1-3 business days (after your order has been processed) for an extra fee

Shipping Notification
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped with insurance for your peace of mind. Please view our claim information here. Shana Ostrowiecki is not responsible for items lost in transit.

P.O. Boxes
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
