RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns only for items damaged as a result of our packaging. Each ceramic piece is carefully handcrafted, and due to the artisanal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

CLAIMS

All orders are shipped with insurance. Please inspect your order upon receipt. 

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, contact the mail carrier within 2 business days of delivery to initiate a claimTake photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and do not dispose of either.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@shanaostrowiecki.com immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

If no claim is made within 2 business days, the goods will be accepted as satisfactory in their current condition.
