Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns on orders within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@shanaostrowiecki.com to initiate the return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

CLAIMS

All orders are shipped with insurance. Please inspect your order upon receipt. 

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, contact the mail carrier within 2 business days of delivery to initiate a claim. Take photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and do not dispose of either.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@shanaostrowiecki.com immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

If no claim is made within 2 business days, the goods will be accepted as satisfactory in their current condition.
