ARTIST STATEMENT

My work as an abstract artist focuses on form, texture, and materiality, primarily using ceramics and fiber. Through experimental and intuitive processes, I let the materials guide the creation of my pieces. My sculptures and surface designs evoke organic imagery inspired by nature.

My current body of work explores and honors my Jewish identity by creating functional art that incorporates the practice of beautifying Jewish observances into both my life and that of the viewer. By blending design with mindfulness, I aim to produce pieces with deep meaning, inviting engagement and reflection on enduring traditions.
